Lydia's Tender Coconut Pudding

 

-Water of 1 tender coconut
-Pulp of 1 Tender coconut(make a coarse paste and keep aside)
-5 gms Agar Agar or China grass or gelatin
-1 Cup Milk
-1/2 cup sweetened Condensed milk
-1.5 tbspn Sugar
-I Soaked 5gms Agar Agar(I should have soaked 2-3 gms for this small quantity because it is because a little stiff as compared to a wobbly pudding) for 15 minutes in the Tender coconut water
-Then Added 1 cup Milk, 1/2 cup Condensed Milk, 2 tbspn Sugar and the agar agar mixture into a vessel and kept it on medium flame and kept stirring until the agar agar is completely dissolved.(It took me 20minutes)
-Once the agar agar dissolves, turn of the flame and add the tender coconut paste and stir well
-Pour into bowls. 
-Once it comes down to room temperature, tuck into the refrigerator and let it chill
