Lizzy's IL PREFERITO DI TUTTI PASTA
300gms large pasta
300gms chicken breast cut into small pieces
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 onion thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic crushed
200ml thickened cream
250 gms mushrooms sliced but not too thinly
Avocado sliced
2 cups of Baby spinach leaves
Marinate the chicken with the kecap manis, mustard, garlic and salt and pepper to taste for a couple of hours.
In some oil fry the sliced onion until brown.
Add the chicken with the marinade and cook on high for 5 minutes then simmer until just cooked.
Add the mushrooms and allow to cook for a further 5 minutes.
Add the boiled pasta, thickened cream and cook for 3 minutes.
Add baby spinach, mix well and serve immediately after topping with sliced avocado.
